The Nursing Research Society of India (NRSI) provides financial assistance to promote research work in the fields of nursing to encourage entire nursing fraternity, especially the life-members of NRSI, whether pursuing or completed their M.Sc. nursing or Ph. D and nurses working in the clinical areas to avail research funding of up to 15 thousand INR. Inter-disciplinary, inter-institutional proposals are also encouraged.
These grants are outcome based. It is expected that one or more quality research paper/s (NRSI Journal or Web of Science or Scopus indexed with due acknowledgement of NRSI), and/or conference presentations at NRSI annual conference are obtained as outcomes.
Life-members of NRSI can apply for seed funding to explore new ideas, which have not received any favorable response from Government agencies.
